(Shock index, HypoxaemIa, Lactate and right ventricular Dysfunction)


The SHIeLD score applies only in patients with normotensive Pulmonary Embolism (PE).
It calculates the probability of PE-related mortality and/or rescue thrombolysis at 30-days.
